Guided Trips/Lodging Packages

Lincoln Gray is offering a 2 night, 3 day fishing stay for 8 at the Digger Creek Ranch out of Manton, CA. This private resort has three ponds containing trophy trout. Two 1/2 Day guided trips on Crane Prairie Lake outside of Sunriver, Oregon. June is considered to be the best fishing month, with September following to be the second best time to fish. This is coupled with lodging through Sunset Lodging in Sunriver.

Upper Sacramento River/Dunsmuir Fishing Package! Ryan Avezzie of Avezzie Fly Fishing has generously donated a full day trip on the Upper Sac (or other location in that area) coupled with a $250 gift certificate at the Mossbrae Hotel in Dunsmuir. If you have never been fishing in this area, here is a great start! Or, if you have been here before and looking for a good reason to return, well, this is your package!!

Guided float trip for 1/2 people down the Lower Sacramento River. Lunch and gear provided. Offered by Lance and Kirsten Gray. Lance is a regular speaker for numerous fly fishing organizations and a featured writer in several fly fishing blogs and publications. Lance will be our featured speaker at our May 8th General Meeting at the Lakeside Pavilion in Chico. Check out their website and online store!

PJ Bock offers a fly fishing trip for 1/2 people with lunch, water, and gear provided. Each trip can take several options. PJ offers a wealth of knowledge on the Lower Yuba, Feather, and Lower Sac with a drift boat. Another choice can be walk 'n wade trips on Hat Creek or the Feather River. Or an instructional clinic on Fly Fishing Basics, Steelhead Tactics, and Euro Nymphing. PJ was our featured speaker at our May 10th, 2023 General Meeting. Mark Antaramian of Mark Antaramian Guide Services will offer a one day guided trip on Lake Almanor for 1/2 people. Mark has been a guest speaker several times. With an engineering background, and a lengthy fly fishing history, he has some of the most sophisticated technology in his arsenal of any guides currently out there!

Tim Fox has generously offered a full day guided trip anywhere on the Sacramento River between Redding and Red Bluff. Tim is one of the most popular guides for CAF members. Captain Toby Uppinghouse offers a guided trip on the Delta for Striper fishing. See his website for Edgewater Outfitters to see the trips available including the Delta, American, Feather, Yuba, Lower Sac, and Trinity Rivers.
